Context:
I'm a product designer who decided to test whether I could build a SaaS product myself, without a development team.
Impact:
In ~2.5 weeks and for $20 in Claude Pro subscription — 19 screens, 13 database tables, and a synced frontend + backend that track real progress in the gym, cardio, and nutrition.

Context:
Silpo — one of Ukraine's largest retail chains — launched a loyalty subscription in late 2024. We researched what stopped users from subscribing, then designed and tested a full redesign of the subscription communication.
Impact:
208 respondents and 17 interviews revealed why 50% of visitors left after the first screen. Based on the data, we designed and tested on a prototype: a value-first headline, per-feature landing pages, and segment-based value stories.

Context:
Choice automates operations for food service & hospitality — menus, reservations, delivery, and guest feedback. My task: find what prevents new businesses from understanding the product independently.
Impact:
Identified 3 key activation barriers. Recommendations developed to reduce support load and speed up onboarding.
